The pens and customer service is great!

Pens create nice dark marks. Can't put heavy pressure or will flatten the tip. I also slow down the speed of pen plots. When the ink gets low or it begins to dry, I try to extend the life of these EXPENSIVE pens by dropping some Stamp Ink into the top, replace the little cover. Could be messy, but it helps. Take ink spill precausions. Certainly wish that the ball point pens were available!

These pens keep going up in price. At some point it will be cheaper to buy a different plotter than pay for these pens. They work fine and as well as they did when they were $6 each.

I really like the fiber tip pens. I wish you would make just the collar of the pen. That way you could use a disposable pen. The pens that I receive are really short and don't hold much ink.
