Free Shipping

Orders placed on AirMark.com totaling $299 or more while weighing 30 pounds or less are eligible for free ground shipping. Some exclusions apply.

FedEx Ground

AirMark uses FedEx as our default carrier and FedEx ground as our standard shipping service level.

Same-day Shipping

Orders placed before 3 PM PST (6PM EST) ship the same day.

General Shipping Notice

AirMark reserves the right to add or adjust shipping charges at the time of shipment if actual shipping charges vary from those calculated.

Orders placed on AirMark.com totaling $299 or more while weighing 30 pounds or less are eligible for free ground shipping. Some exclusions apply.

Items that are in-stock and eligible for free shipping are noted on our site with the graphic below.

The following items are NOT eligible for Free Shipping:

  • Drop-shipped items (items that are not in stock at our warehouse)
  • Items over 48” in length
  • Shipping service upgrades (expedited orders)
  • Orders outside of the lower 48 contiguous United States

Free Shipping FAQ’s

What if my order exceeds 30 pounds?

If your cart includes only eligible items, totals $299 or more and exceeds 30 pounds, we’ll apply a free shipping credit of $10 to your actual ground shipping charges.

What if my order includes both eligible and drop-ship items?

If your order total is $299 or more and is made up of both eligible items plus items that require drop-ship, then a free shipping credit of $10 will be applied to the actual aggregated ground shipping charges.

What if my order is less than $299?

Regardless of the items in your order, if your order total is less than $299, then shipping charges will apply based on the shipping service you select.

What if my order includes only ineligible items?

If your order includes only items ineligible for free shipping, then we’ll apply shipping charges based on the shipping service level you select.

General FAQ’s Regarding AirMark Corporation’s Web Order Shipping Policies and Delivery Options

When will my order ship?

AirMark offers same-day shipping on most orders. Orders placed online at AirMark.com, or through our customer service team via phone or email will ship same day, if the order is received by 3:00 PM PST. Orders received after 3:00 PM will ship next business day.

What carrier service does AirMark use to ship my order?

Our standard shipping carrier is FedEx.

Can I expedite my shipping to get my order faster?

Customers can reduce their shipping times by upgrading to overnight, two day or three-day shipping.

What if I want to use a different carrier than FedEx?

You can request a different carrier for your orders by calling or emailing our customer service team. Orders with a requested change from Fed Ex ground aren’t eligible for free shipping.

When will I receive my order?

Refer to our shipping zone maps above to determine when your shipment will arrive based on your items and order date.

What about shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories?

Additional shipping charges for orders placed outside of the contiguous 48 US states will be added to your order at check-out.
